    Position Summary

    The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide advanced administrative support to multiple Vice President's including VP of Safety, VP of Manufacturing Excellence and VP of Operations. This position handles a variety of project activities on their own, exercising independent judgment and discretion. This position requires strong organizational and multi-tasking ability while ensuring confidentiality. This individual must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and solid Microsoft Office skills with proficiency primarily in Excel. This individual must be self-motivated and should be able to work with minimal supervision with a strong willingness to grow and learn. This individual needs to be able to work in a team environment and support teams in multiple locations.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Perform advanced and diversified assignments of a confidential nature in support of three designated Vice President's.

    • Schedule meetings, maintain travel itineraries and arrangements and prepare expense reports.

    • May assist in reviewing budget and related expenses and assist with other special projects.

    • Serve as liaison between executives and subordinates, peers, superiors, and external contacts in person and by phone. Resolves routine and sometimes complex inquiries.

    • Composes correspondence and performs project activities related to the organization function.

    • Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work.

    • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relative to executive's area of responsibility


    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • 5+ years of experience in Administrative Support or equivalent, preferably in a corporate setting.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    • Strong learning agility and willingness to develop and grow within the business.
