    To assist Project Director (PD) with construction proj over

    sight by planning, scheduling,monitoring proj costs, budgetmgmt & coord all proj phases. Ensure compliance with all federal, state & municipal laws, ordinances, & building codes related to construction.Master's degree in Construction Mgmt, Civil Eng, or related field, + 1 yr of exp performingfinancial risk assessment within the construction industry;

    performing presentations to all levels of project and sr mgmt; working in airport

    operations, incl exposure to

    stakeholder engagement and importance of passenger exp; and utilizing CMiC

    Project Management, Textura, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Cloud

    Storage Company Software, Electronic Document

    Management Systems (EDMS),

    Oracle Primavera P6, BIM360, and KPA. Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training reqd. 50% domestic travel reqd. Email resume to
