    Purpose of the Job

    • Ensure the Project Quality & Safety assurance on the project through the quality controls and inspections.

    • Ensure customer's satisfaction.

    The quality Inspector reports to the Project Quality & Safety Manager

    • QSRW Indicators on the Project

    (Demerits, NCR reduction, Time to contain NCR and Time to close NCR)

    Responsibilities

    • Guarantee the compliance of the purchased & manufactured products through the verification of defined requirements at the incoming inspections.

    • Apply the Quality Control Plan to ensure delivers of the Project are at the correct quality level.

    • Complete NCR and raises problems detected.

    • Participates on the implementation of action plans through problem solving. methodology as QRQC, 8Ds, ...

    • Participates on the implementation of the APSYS Quality Roadmap.

    • Cost of non-quality capture.

    Candidate Requirements

    Educational Requirements

    • Technical Degree (mechanical or electro-technical background is preferred).

    • Specific training on problem solving methodologies desired.

    Desired Knowledge / Experience

    • Skill/background in welding and crimping process.

    • Technical Background with 3 years or more of experience on the application of quality control activities (transport industry & railway industry preferred).

    • Experience on problem solving methods and tools (PDCA/QRQC/5WHYs).

    • Rigorous, Analytical & Adaptability.

    • Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Team work.
