Description

• Review customer requirements and develop machining center solutions to manufacture pieces.

• Assist in configuration and design of the CNC Machining centers, mills and lathes for customers.

• Collaborate with the design engineers and supervisor to develop an accessory list.

• Support programming and set-up of machines to run properly.

• Identify proper materials and tools needed for the machines to run properly and notate.

• Participate in troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.

• Assist in quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on final product.

• Train new staff on machine operation procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be open to performing various tasks throughout each shift.

• Previous CNC Set-Up/Programming and Operation experience - at least 5 years.

• Must be able to formulate codes based on blueprints and work with the team to ensure design accuracy.
