Description:

• Set up various CNC machines including Swiss, Star, Moris, and Hass to produce precision parts.

• Focus on achieving acceptable first piece inspection by meticulously configuring CNC machines.

• Learn and adapt to the setup requirements of Computer Numeric Controlled Machines.

• Utilize mechanical skills for machine setups, including the use of tools and measuring equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up CNC machines, specifically Swiss, Star, Moris, and Hass.

• Proficient in mechanical setups, including the use of tools and measuring equipment.

• Ability to learn and adapt to the setup procedures of Computer Numeric Controlled Machines.

• Ownership or willingness to purchase Vernier Calipers and eye loops for part measurement and inspection.
